Tie- breaker in Tamil Nadu MBBS 2017 Merit List

Tie-breaker is a situation where two or more candidates obtain the same number of marks in the NEET. In such situations, there are three ways to select the final candidate. Below candidates can check the three ways to solve the tie- breaker:
      • The first way to tackle tie breaker is to give preference to the candidate with higher score in Biology subject
      • If still, the tie-breaker situation persists then the candidate with higher scores in Chemistry subject will be given more preference
      • Lastly, if the above two methods cannot decide the final candidate then the candidate with higher Date of Birth (DOB) is given the utmost priority
After SC declared NEET as a single entrance exam for admissions to MBBS and BDS seats across India, all state level and institute level exams have been declared invalid.
